This Project was located within a low water pressure area and due to the level of varied water services required, it was important to provide sufficient site water storage to operational usage, with offset storage for fire services, pressurised through a single pump operation with varying pressure delivery to individual service areas.
Additionally, due to a large and reasonably flat roofing profile, the roof drainage system was required to be vigorously assessed in accordance with risk analysis, to ensure an effective, yet cost mitigating solution.
